1980 — Matienko Maria was born in Kiev. 2003 — Finished the National Academy of Fine Arts and Architecture (NAFAA) 2007-2008 — Internships in Germany and Switzerland in the direction of abstract painting and organic architecture. Some time after the Academy worked in architecture company, combining architecture with pictorial practice. Currently she engaged exceptionally with artistic activities: teaching academic painting and draw, creating a picturesque composition, actively participate in different exhibitions. Since 2009 she participates in national and international art events, exhibitions and open airs. 2013 — she took part in the Biennale in Venice. 2015 — she became a member of the National Artist Union of Ukraine. Works are in private collections in Ukraine, Russia, Germany, Italy, Slovakia, USA, Canada. ART-Work for Maria — "it’s something inexplicable, unexpected, subconscious.
